📝 Eligibility for Refund
- You may be eligible for a refund if the delivered item is:
- Damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
- Incorrect (wrong product delivered)
- Missing items from your order
- Refunds are only applicable within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.
📸 Proof Required
In case of damaged or incorrect products, please share a clear photo of the item(s) via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery.
💸 Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., UPI, GPay, Paytm, PhonePe).
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, you may receive a UPI refund or a discount on your next order.
⏳ Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after verification. It may take 2–3 business days to reflect in your bank or wallet account.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
- Complaints raised after 1 hour of delivery
- Partially consumed or altered items
- Wrong quantity ordered by the customer
